Season 2 of the comedy 'Jane the Virgin' has just wrapped up with a cliffhanger. Jennie Snyder Urman, the executive producer of the show, talked about what to expect in the third season.

In an interview on Deadline, Urman hints some things without giving too much. The most important question perhaps is whether Jane will finally lose her virginity in season 3.

This is what she has to say about it: "I never wanted Jane to lose her virginity in a season premiere, or a season finale. I think that puts too much pressure on her virginity and frankly, that's never been what the show's been about. That said, she won't be a virgin by the end of next season."

Urman also talked about Sin Rostro and Derek resurfacing in season 3. With regards to Rostro, she said that she would like to place Rose and Luisa in couples counselling to sort out their problems, especially the fact that Rose was responsible for the death of Luisa's father.

As for Derek, he will surely come back in season 3 to finish the business he had with his half-sister.

Meanwhile, Brett Dier, who plays Michael in the series, talks about the fate of his character in season 3. It can be remembered that the second season ended with him suffering a gunshot wound.

In an interview with Bustle, Dier said that Michael will be back in season 3 but added that death isn't the only tragic thing that could happen. He hints that Michael's storyline might take a darker tone in season 3.

He added that two things can happen to Michael. First, he might appreciate life more after surviving the accident, or he can develop post traumatic stress and suffer for most part in season 3.

Either way, there's a lot for fans to look forward to in the next season.
