The LG K7 smartphone is on top of the must-have lists of gadget enthusiasts and selfie addicts this 2016. This phone was purposely designed to fit the needs of consumers who love taking selfie photos and capturing memorable moments.

The LG K7 has an added flash feature in the front camera. It also has the palm gesture sensor to capture photos. The user only needs to put their palm facing the front screen of the LG K7 phone and once detected by the sensor, they just have to close their palm once to take a single photo. What's interesting is that the phone can capture 4 consecutive photos by closing their palm twice in front of the phone.

This feature may not be new to the public since a lot of smartphone brands are developing this, too, but the LG K7 phone is reportedly much easier to hold with its overall medium-sized build. The phone's dimensions are 143.6 x 72.5 x 8.9 mm or 5.65 x 2.85 x 0.35 in. The front screen has a 5.0-inch display size with a resolution of 480 x 854 pixels. The user does not need to stretch out their fingers anymore just to take selfie shots.

The smartphone is surely not lagging behind the list of trending gadgets this year because the LG K7 houses the 1.3 GHz Quad-core processor for the 3G model and the 1.1 GHz Quad-core processor for the LTE model. Both iterations come with a 5.1 version of the Lollipop operating system. The rear camera has 2 variant pixel resolutions, too. The consumer can either choose the version with 5 MP or 8 MP. The front facing camera has 5 MP with the front flash feature.

Consumers won't be worried about the phone's power consumption since it comes with a 2,125mAH Lithium Ion battery that can last long. LG is expected to release the new phone early in the first quarter of this year.
