'Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta' season 5 spoilers, updates: Break-ups have become a fad

Trust all the characters involved in the "Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta" series to bring drama and scandals onto television screens. The latest fad that seems to have hit the show is the break-ups among the couples, specifically Tommie Lee and Scrapp, and Chris and Mimi.

Tommie Lee has reportedly finally called it quits with Scrapp DeLeon after she learned of his steamy make out session with Karlie Redd.

The said make out session was aired on last Monday's episode of "Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta" where Scrapp told Karlie that he and Tommie are not in a committed relationship.

In answer to that, Tommie posted some steamy pictures of her and Nayo, who happens to be one of Scrapp's friends, on her Instagram account. She also mentioned that Scrapp "wasn't worthy anyway."

One of the photos featured her lying seductively on an escalator while Nayo was standing above her and trying to feed her some delectable dessert.

There are some speculations that she might have started dating Nayo even before she published the photo. However, there are also reports that say Scrapp and Tommie didn't really date. The website Fameolous said that everything the two did was to create drama for the show.

Meanwhile, Chris finally decided to break up with Mimi to give her the space she needs. This was after the latter got involved with Joseline and Stevie J's relationship issues. Mimi also blames the two, along with KK and Dawn, as being the major "causes of drama in her life."

Mimi's declaration left a bad taste in Chris' mouth and he decided that it was time to part ways with her. "This is exactly the kind of drama I was talking about, like who is Dawn and KK?" he said.

To catch more of the "Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta" drama, the show airs every Monday at 8 p.m. EST on VH1.
