Miami Heat trade rumors 2016: Chris Bosh to Toronto Raptors for 3 players?

Chris Bosh has already been linked before to his former team, the Toronto Raptors, but now a potential deal has been suggested and it will give the Miami Heat three quality players in exchange for the All-Star forward.

In The Inquisitr's report, the guys who the Raptors will ship to Miami for Bosh are forward Terrence Ross, together with big men Jared Sullinger and Patrick Patterson. It may seem too much, but Bosh still has great value even if he dealt with blood clots in the past two seasons.

Ross has great potential but is yet to reach his peak with the Raptors because he always ends up taking the backseat, which allowed DeMar DeRozan and Kyle Lowry to emerge. If given a much significant role, the 25-year-old can likely improve his numbers, especially on offense.

With the Heat, Ross could be a top scorer, something they need after Dwyane Wade left this free agency. His explosiveness and ability to create highlight plays are bonuses.

Meanwhile, Sullinger and Patterson would be Bosh's replacements at the power forward position if this deal materializes.

Sullinger is a new signee for the Raptors but for the opportunity to land Bosh, they are likely willing to give him up. The 24-year-old was solid during his days with the Boston Celtics, as he averaged double-digits in scoring and close to eight rebounds per game.

Because of Sullinger's rich experience despite a young career, he might even be a starter for Miami.

Patterson, on the other hand, is more of a role player than someone who fills the stat sheet. His contributions are often not seen through his numbers but he has the intangibles and is a good defender.

This deal looks good on paper but the Raptors are yet to make a statement regarding the rumors that they are interested in their former franchise superstar.
