The massive and critically acclaimed sandbox game, "Minecraft," is apparently coming to Nintendo's Wii U console as stated on the recently uncovered listing from Pan European Game Information (or commonly referred and popular known as PEGI), a European ratings board.

According to the report from GameSpot, one dedicated fan has recently uncovered some interesting details for the "Minecraft" Wii U edition and as posted by NeoGAF user HypnoDarkrai on the forum boards, this version of the popular sandbox game is set to be released this year.

On the official page of PEGI, fans can see there that the listing was in fact legit and the indicated date is 2015/11/12, which was supposed to be on November 12, 2015. But unfortunately, there's still no news yet coming from the developer, Mojang, Microsoft or even Nintendo about the listing of "Minecraft" on the PEGI rating board.

So for now though, it is best for fans to keep an eye out in case the developer makes an official announcement for the Wii U port of the sandbox game.

Meanwhile, GameSpot reports that Nintendo is actually planning to host a live stream event this Nov. 12. This event will cover the company's latest and upcoming releases for their two gaming platforms, mainly the Wii U and the handheld 3DS.

Nintendo's event and the listing from PEGI are somewhat peculiar and it kind of coincides with each other. As stated on GameSpot, this could be the day when Nintendo will make the announcement. However, without further confirmation from both companies, it would be best to take it with a respectable amount of salt until Nintendo makes an official statement for "Minecraft" Wii U this Nov. 12, at 10PM UK Time and 2PM Pacific, as detailed on the report from GameSpot. The direct event will be streamed on the company's official website as well as on Nintendo's official Twitch channel.
