Moto DROID Turbo 2015 appears on United States FCC

(Motorola)New Moto DROID Turbo models are rumored

There are mounting rumors on the Internet that Motorola has two new DROID devices in the works with one being spotted at the FCC to be cleared for release in the United States.

Earlier this month, there were rumors that the upcoming DROID Turbo 2015 device had been sent to the FCC for clearance and many websites noted that its ID was IHDT56UB1. It was soon pointed out on the Internet that the device was a new DROID Turbo Mini or a third generation Moto G device.

With no official announcement from Motorola yet, many have looked forward the upcoming event which is scheduled for July 28. It is at this event where they expect the company to bring out its latest flagship the Moto X 2015 and possibly a new DROID Turbo.

Amidst a number of leaks about new devices being developed by Motorola is news that it plans to bring out at least four new phones including the third generation Moto X, the Moto G (2015), the next DROID model and finally, a DROID Mini. There were also images of the upcoming smartphones which accompanied the leak but they did not provide any solid details about the specs or dimensions of the devices.

The lack of details has left many turning to the devices that were reportedly sent to the FCC for clearance for more information. Droid Life states that the ID IHDT56UC2 model is the upcoming flagship. It has a 5.5-inch QHD display and is codenamed "Kinzie." The website also adds that the model will work with the Turbo charger from Motorola.

As for the next DROID Turbo, there are expectations that it will once again be exclusive to Verizon just like last year's model. This could mean that the model with the FCC ID IHDT56UB1 which has a 5.2 inch screen could be the new DROID.
