Motorola Event May 13, 2014: A 'Priced for all' smartphone to launch at London event

The tech world will see the birth of another mobile device from Motorola on May 13 in London. Motorola has been releasing mobile devices which have been acclaimed by the industry such as the Moto G, Moto X and the 2013 DROIDs in Verizon. It is now less than two weeks before the Google company and soon-to-be Lenovo-owned phone maker will roll out another smartphone which is a "made to last" and "priced for all" device.

Motorola announced its current flagship Moto X in August and there is no indication on whether the phone to be unveiled is a follow-up of the Moto X or not. If it is, then it will come quite early, though it is no big deal as top mobile device makers released their flagships this year earlier than expected.

In early April, evleaks, which is often a reliable source of pre-release information, posted a logo for the Moto X successor, "Moto X 1". According to rumors, Motorola's next smartphone will be a low or mid-range 6.2mm device with various options to customize with the Moto Maker. It will come with the hued plastic and high-grade wood backings, just like its forerunner. Premium leather backings are something Motorola will add as a new feature on its upcoming device.

As for the price, the device may be cheaper than the Moto G. There are no official details released so all of the speculation and leaked information should be taken just lightly until May 13 comes and the world will have a look at what's next from Motorola.
