The filming for "Prison Break's" fifth season has already begun and the show has added a new cast member who, according to reports, turned out to be the one who gave a big spoiler about the show.

The new addition to the team is Faran Tahir, an American-based Pakistani actor who will be taking on the role of Jamil, described as a man who is troubled by an inner conflict.

The actor might have been so over the moon for being able to land a role in the show that he tweeted some of its most important details on his personal Twitter account.

His tweet says, "I will be playing the recurring role of Jamil on 'Prison Break: Sequel Season 5' which is expected to air from September 2016."

Despite the "revelation," no announcement to confirm or deny the possible premiere date of the show was made by the network. It can also be remembered that previous rumors indicated that "Prison Break" season 5 was looking at a September 2016 or January 2017 airing. However, with Tahir's accidental tweet, the possibility that fans may only have to wait a few more months to see season 5 has been sort of confirmed.

Meanwhile, in a report on The Express Tribune, Tahir also dispelled rumors about him playing another Muslim character, saying that it is "more challenging and rewarding as an actor to explore various human traits."

Aside from Tahir, some of the old cast members of "Prison Break" will be back to reprise their roles, including Sarah Wayne Callies (Dr. Sara Tancredi), Wentworth Miller (Michael Scofield), and Paul Adelstein (Paul Kellerman). It is still uncertain if William Fichtner (FBI agent Alexander Mahone) will also return.

"Prison Break" season 5 will start where the last season ended but with a certain twist in the story. According to spoilers, it will start with a mission to rescue Scofield in a Yemeni prison, where Tahir becomes one of Scofield's fellow inmates.
