Sony Xperia T4 Ultra smartphone and C5 Ultra phablet to be launched next month

With Sony releasing a slightly improved flagship smartphone this year in the form of the Sony Xperia Z3 , there have been a number of rumors circulating that the company has other models in the works including several mid-range offerings.
One such offering that falls into the aforementioned range is the Sony Lavender which has been rumored since April and is now expected to launch as the Xperia T4 Ultra next month.
With no official confirmation from Sony regarding whether or not they do have mid range smartphones to release, the Internet has resorted to relying on rumors with some pointing toward the company releasing two devices for its mid-range lineup. One, as mentioned above, is the Xperia T4 Ultra and the other being the Xperia C5 Ultra phablet.
As for the rumored specs of the Xperia T4 Ultra, it is said that it will come with a MediaTek MT6752 SoC along with a Cortex-A53 octa-core CPU clocked at 1.7 GHz. In terms of display, many rumors suggest a 5.5 inch screen with little or no bezels and a resolution of 1080p.
The RAM on the device is stated to be a 2 GB version while its main rear camera will be a 13 megapixel version.
With the launch of the Xperia T4 Ultra pegged to happen sometime in August, rumors about another mid-range device with a Snapdragon chipset have also surfaced.
This particular device, codenamed Sony E5706 aka Xperia C5 Ultra, is supposed to have a Snapdragon 808 chipset along with a hexa-core CPU, much like what is present on the LG G4 released this year.
In addition, the device will have 3 GB of RAM and a 16 megapixel camera.
Lastly, the size of this phablet is presumably going to be even bigger than the Xperia T4 Ultra. It is expected to have a 5.8 inch screen with a resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels.
