'Star Wars: Battlefront' February game update: Game offers new mission, maps, fixes, and more

"Star Wars: Battlefront" has already dropped a major update for this month for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC users. There are game mode changes, new maps, and missions, and other new content to enhance gaming experience.
One of the highlights of the update is the new map called "Twilight on Hoth" and it is available for different game modes including Supremacy, Walker Assault, Drop Zone, and Heroes vs. Villains. In this map, players may have a more challenging time spotting enemies at far distances compared to the daytime Hoth map.
There is also a new mission added to Survival Missions called the Survival in the Ice Caves. This mission is for co-op gamers and singe players, and it will test the player's ability to survive "increasing waves of Imperial forces."
Meanwhile, changes were also applied to weapons and star cards. Primary weapons now have a 10 percent improved damaged rate against air vehicles. The Bowcaster's explosion damage has been enhanced from 10 to 15 for each projectile, while the radius for the explosion has been decreased from three to 2.5 meters. Also getting an increase is the Barrage, which now brings a damage of 55 from the previous 50.
Electronic Arts, Inc. (EA) also announced that Turning Point game mode has been made available to Jundland Wastes, Forest of Endor, Outpost Beta, and SoroSuub Centroplex. The Turning Point was part of the Battle of Jakkue free update, but since the game mode is well loved by the community, EA decided to bring it to other existing maps.
EA is committed to bring more fun to "Star Wars: Battlefront" gaming community. This update is this month's largest, but the company also announced that there will be more to come in March. EA will also launch their first digital expansion pack called "Outer Rim," which should allow players to "fight among the factories of Sullust and battle within Jabba the Hutt's palace on Tatooine."
