In a report by The State, Tebow said he became closer to Muschamp and his coaching staff because of his job for the SEC Network.

Before coaching the South Carolina Gamecocks, Muschamp also had the same job with the University of Florida Gators which is Tebow's collegiate team.

During Tebow's run with the Gators, he was a star and achieved numerous feats with winning the Heisman Trophy in 2007 being the most notable one.

In Tebow's stop in the football camp, he had nothing but good words for Muschamp.

"I think coach Muschamp's a really good coach," Tebow stated according to the report.

Tebow also said, "I think he's probably learned a lot from his experience at Florida and everything. I think that he tried to hire a staff that he likes and feels comfortable with. It will be interesting to see how they do, but I think they're going in the right direction."

As for Tebow's National Football League (NFL) career, he is yet to make another comeback. Last year, the 28-year-old tried to resurrect his career with the Philadelphia Eagles. Despite being absent for some time before the attempt, he remained a crowd favorite.

Tebow was doing fine with the Eagles and even saw action in the preseason where he had good performances.

Unfortunately, Tebow's efforts again came short and soon he was cut by the Eagles.

However, Tebow is not giving up on his goal of making it back to the NFL and according to past reports, he continues to work hard.

Tebow entered the NFL as the 25th overall pick by the Denver Broncos in the 2010 draft and have suited up for a number of teams.
