'Tom Clancy's The Division: Underground' update gets glitches during gameplay

PC and Xbox One gamers were the first to try the latest update of "Tom Clancy's The Division" from game developer Ubisoft. Released last June 28 for the mentioned game platforms, the developer added several new maps, game difficulties and weapon tweaks for the said title. However, there are some glitches in the latest update that were experienced during gameplay which irked some players.

According to reports, the G36 rifle dealt huge damage against enemies and other players hence becoming one of the current top choices within the game. Having said this, the game developer conducted a three-hour downtime last July 14 to fix the G36 issue, including other concerns with the current patch.

Aside from the G36 assault rifle's damage reduction, tons of tweaks have been made during the three-hour maintenance. Some of the bugs and lags that were resolved include an issue with the so-called Megamap that doesn't seem to show up for some gamers, the mission user interface (UI) crash when players immediately select the Evacuation Point in the "Underground" (DLC) right before the new objective notification pops up, the AlphaBridge glove stats glitch, and audio concerns when players log out from their game while they're still inside an Incursion. These mentioned are just some of the recent fixes that Ubisoft did in order for the fans to have a smoother gameplay with less hassle. Moreover, the game developer will have to check on how the gamers would react to the newly nerfed G36.

As earlier mentioned, the 1.3 patch for the game was released last June 28 for PC and Xbox One users, while PlayStation 4 owners will get the chance to have the update this August 2. Aside from the mentioned features that were recently revamped, the patch also showcased the latest gear sets.  These are "B.L.I.N.D," which specializes more on the use of flashbangs to temporarily blind enemies and take them down at the same time; "DeadEYE," for players who prefer engaging enemies from a distance; "FireCrest," which uses incendiary weaponry; and the "Reclaimer" which will be the team's support party.

Meanwhile, aside from the "Underground" expansion and the 1.3 update, Ubisoft is said to release two more segments to be added into the game which is "Survival" and "Last Stand" this winter.
