Vizio Reference Series 4K news: Awe-inspiring TV sets released

(Vizio)

Vizio has released its stunning Reference Series 4K television sets. Since first announcing the series back in 2014, the company has spent the last year crafting and perfecting their newest TV sets. According to Vizio, the Reference Series presents the new standard for best-in-class picture quality.

The Reference Series is available in two sizes: a 65-inch model for $6,000; and a massive 120-inch model that costs $130,000. Given the price tag attached to the Reference Series, Vizio delivers top-tier features that guarantee the ultimate viewing experience.

Each of the two models in Vizio's new lineup is the perfect centerpiece for any cinephile's home theater set-up. The TV sets feature a sleek and minimalist frame with a streamlined bezel to deliver near borderless images. The Reference Series also has a die-cast aluminum base stand and smooth polished glass that spans across the display.

The Vizio Reference Series features Dolby Vision's High Dynamic Range 4K Ultra HD imaging technology that creates true-to-life and stunning images. Viewing experience is enhanced dramatically with richer intensity, depth and contrast. The 4K Ultra HD features a 2160p display with a wide color gamut and full array LED backlight with 384 individual LED zones that give an awe-inspiring level of contrast.

Vizio has created television sets that not only create stunning and vivid images but actually show images as they are meant to be seen by the human eye.

The Reference Series also heightens the viewing experience with its powerful and immersive sound from the integrated Dolby 5.1 Audio surround sound speakers. Each television set has a built-in 3-channel Vizio Sound Bar that can be paired with two satellite speakers and a subwoofer that provides immense sound pressure.

The Reference Series also aims to be the new standard in Smart TVs. The sets come with a V6 6-core processor and dual band Wi-Fi connectivity. Through the Vizio Internet Apps Plus, viewers can choose from a variety of 4K UHD HDR-mastered content from VUDU, Netflix, Amazon Instant Video and UltraFlix.

The Vizio Reference Series can now be purchased at their official website
