The upcoming "Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice" movie, the sequel to the "Man of Steel," is still a year away from being released, but it is already generating constant speculation and rumors among fans. The movie will bring together the two most iconic superheroes of all time, Superman (Henry Cavill) and Batman (Ben Affleck).

Recently, there have been media reports of an unofficial trailer showing several other characters including Aquaman (Jason Momoa), The Flash (Ezra Miller), Cyborg (Ray Fisher) and Wonder Woman (Gal Gadot). This follows earlier reports of unofficial trailer sightings in December last year, showing Batman joining the action after the destruction left behind by Superman and his enemies.

Excited superhero fans had been expecting Warner Bros. to show the official trailer of "Batman Vs Superman: Dawn of Justice" at the Superbowl XLIX, or during the premiere of "Jupiter Ascending." With the official trailer not being screened at any of these events, fans are now speculating that it will be shown during the premiere of "Mad Max: Fury Road" on May 13, 2015, as the movie also belongs to DC.

However, another rumor suggests that the eagerly-awaited Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice trailer could finally be released during the Warner Bros presentation at the upcoming WonderCon 2015 scheduled to take place from April 3-5. Warner Bros. has not yet disclosed when the official trailer will be revealed, but the movie's director, Zack Snyder, had revealed the first official images of Superman, Batman and Wonder Woman at the San Diego Comic-Con in 2014 along with a short teaser.

Also, DC's main competition, Marvel will not be present during WonderCon 2015, which means that DC will have the event all to itself, giving it the perfect opportunity to launch and provide a preview of all its upcoming films. This makes it likely that Warner Bros. will release the full Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice trailer at this year's annual convention.

"Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice" is scheduled to hit the theaters on March 25, 2016. More speculation and rumors about the trailer is likely to circulate until Warner Bros. announces an official trailer or a date confirming its release. So stay tuned.
