Late last month, Zack Snyder and company had released an official teaser trailer of "Batman V Superman" after a leaked version circulated online. The two-minute video was the first substantial piece of media that gave insight on what can be expected from the movie, which is slated to release in March next year.

As can be seen in this tweet by Synder himself, the video begins with a number of voiceovers interspersed with images of Superman where the speakers wonder about the hero's place in the world. Can he be trusted? What does his arrival mean for the people on Earth? Joining the chorus of voiceovers is Lex Luthor, who in reference to his rival Superman states, "Devils don't come from the hell beneath us, they come from the sky."

The second half of the teaser then shifts its attention to Bruce Wayne, joined in a voiceover by his butler Alfred, who speaks briefly about the rage and the feeling of powerlessness, perhaps partly explaining why Batman would fight Superman. Following that, the first clear shot of Ben Affleck in the Batsuit can be seen where he emerges against a backdrop of fire and destruction. A few quick shots of the Batmobile and the Batwing are also inserted along the way.

As expected, the final moments of the video tease a rooftop confrontation between Batman and Superman. The tense atmosphere is broken when Batman challenges Superman by asking, "Tell me, do you bleed?" The screen fades to black as he ends by saying, "You will."

All in all, a good amount of content for a teaser trailer for a movie that is almost eight months away from being released. A full-length trailer should be released as "Batman V Superman" moves closer to its release date, but at this point in time, the teaser should be sufficient to whet the viewer's appetite for the upcoming blockbuster film.
