The CW network released an official synopsis for the upcoming new episode of 'Supernatural'. The full synopsis is as follows:

"Despite Dean's (Jensen Ackles) directive to forget about looking for a cure for the Mark of Cain, Sam (Jared Padalecki) continues to do research. Dean suspects Sam is hiding something but decides to focus on a new murder case where they run into Cole (guest star Travis Aaron Wade). The three team up and learn a Khan worm is infecting men and turning them into murderers. Unfortunately, the worm makes it's way into Cole."

It should be interesting to see if there will be any new developments in the Mark of Cain plot line as it looks like Dean might be spiraling out of control. The previous episode ended with Sam confiding in Castiel that Dean is in big trouble after Dean kills the villainous Cain. Will Sam get into trouble for not following orders? And will Dean (still affected by the Mark of Cain) follow in Cain's footsteps and kill Sam as per Cain's prophecy? Viewers will have to tune in to find out what's in store for the brothers.

Fans who can't wait for the episode can check out this short video teaser for the episode posted at YouTube. While it doesn't reveal any critical information on the episode, it makes sure to point out that 'Supernatural' will be moving to a new time slot on Wednesdays.
