'2 Broke Girls' season 5 spoilers: Will the girls finally get rich? 100th episode title teased

(CBS)

The "2 Broke Girls" can obviously not stay broke forever. And season five just may be the time for them to step out of their fate, if rumors prove true. Also up in th new season is their 100th episode.

Max Black (Kat Dennings) and Caroline Channing (Beth Behrs) have been trying the past four seasons to earn enough money to start their own cupcake business. After a seemingly good season four, they still ended with only $89 by the end of the season. But it seems that the girls will have a really good season five, as rumors are high that the two are going to end up with lots and lots of money.

The speculations started during Dennings' recent guesting on "Late Night with Seth Meyers." Asked what her character might do if the two suddenly gets really rich, the 29-year-old replied, "I think Max would just go insane and buy like 30 cars...and then would have no food, but just like a lot of cars."

But Dennings also said that them getting rich is sort of an impossibility at the moment, especially since the show is more a journey toward them getting money for a business.

Also something to watch out for in the upcoming season is the show's 100th episode. Behrs tweeted a week ago that the title of the episode is "And The Coming Out Party." This had some viewers speculating that it will have something to do with the on-screen best friends "coming out" of the closet, so to speak. Though others think this is highly unlikely as the two appeared boy-crazy in past seasons.

In a CBS video, Jonathan Kite was interviewed about his role, Oleg. He promised a lot of fun for the fans of the Ukrainian cook, especially since he will transform into a "very hot" character. He also teased the appearance of his character's father.

No definite word yet on when "2 Broke Girls" will premiere season five but the show is expected to air this fall. Stay tuned for updates.
