Dota 2: The International 2017 dates, ticket prices, details: $300 to watch entire six-day event

Dota 2: The International 2017 is an annual "Dota 2" world championships tournament that will be held at the KeyArena at the Seattle Center in August. The Main Event will determine the best among all the talented players with millions of dollars prize pool at stake. Tickets will be sold using a unique scheme which has been in place for previous years and will allow "Dota 2" players and fans to get a shot at purchasing passes.

The first wave of Dota 2: The International 2017 tickets will be sold on April 4 at around 1 p.m. CST courtesy of Ticketmaster. These tickets will be sold for $100 each and will grant access to the bearer for the initial four days. The finals tickets will be released 12 hours later and will be sold at $200 each. The bearer will be able to watch the final two days of the event. Fans who are looking forward to watch the entire event would have to dish out a total of $300 since the regular and final dates don't overlap. The $300 is double the price of the tickets in 2015.

Ticket prices are not the only thing that fans may need to think about if they want to watch the event live. They have to pay for airfare, board and lodging, and transportation to and from the event. This "Dota 2" international battle may not come cheap at all.

For those who cannot watch Dota 2: The International 2017 in Seattle, live streaming services are available via Stem Broadcasting, Twitch, YouTube and WatchESPN, according to the "Dota 2" official website. Live streaming of the games will also feature real-time stats, graphs and chats included in the DotaTVLive program. A Dota VR Hub is also another way to remotely enjoy the games.

Dota VR Theaters allow the audience to view the games live with their friends and community and are available locally. Still, other ways to watch is via local Pubstomps where users can check the "Dota 2" action from a local pub anywhere around the globe. A delayed full broadcast of the day's events will also be available at the Replays section of the Dota 2: The International 2017 official website.

The Dota 2: The International 2017 Main Event is a six-day occasion that will be held on August 7–10 at the KeyArena in Seattle, Washington.
