'2 Broke Girls' season 6 spoilers: Season begins with a puppet master and a rapper
Actor Andy Dick will reprise his role as the puppet master J. Petto in the premiere episode of "2 Broke Girls" season 6, where rapper 2 Chainz will also appear as himself.
Lead characters Max Black and Caroline Channing, who are portrayed by actresses Kat Dennings and Beth Behrs, respectively, are opening up a new dessert bar when the series returns. It is not known yet what parts J. Petto and 2 Chainz will play in the premiere episode, but it is widely speculated they will be part of the celebration of the shop's opening day.
J. Petto has already made an appearance in season 2 episode 17 titled "And the Broken Hip," wherein his puppet show outside Max's Homemade Cupcakes drove customers away. An accident inside the shop prompted J. Petto to sue the girls but, in "2 Broke Girls" fashion, they managed to get him to drop the case.
Whether he brings trouble again, viewers will have to find out, but it's worth noting that he showed some interest in Caroline when he first appeared. And while he did not have the best of intentions, he did comfort the girls by saying that having each other would help them succeed in life.
As for 2 Chainz, he is widely speculated to perform for the shop's guests, but the circumstances that would bring him to their place are something audience have to find out.
Meanwhile, Dennings and her boyfriend of almost two years, singer Josh Groban, have recently ended their relationship. According to an E! News source, the breakup was mutual and that the ex-couple have remained friends. The couple were introduced by Behrs who is good friends with the both of them.
"2 Broke Girls" season 6 will premiere on Oct. 10 at 9 p.m. on CBS.
