Fans of the hugely popular anime saga "Naruto" can now rest easy, as the release date of the upcoming movie "Boruto: Naruto the Movie" has been confirmed. But avid followers of the anime have been left wondering what the creator, Masashi Kishimoto's "big announcement" will be all about. The announcement is scheduled for July 29 and there are already speculations about what could be in store.

"Naruto", which was first released in the manga form in 1999, is a hugely popular series that focuses on the life of Naruto Uzumaki, as he pursues his dream of becoming a Hokage. The movie has received universal success and has spawned versions across different media platforms, including television and film.

The upcoming film will be the series' eleventh cinematic release and is reported to be a sequel to the last film, "The Last: Naruto the Movie". The upcoming "Boruto: Naruto the Movie" will focus on the next generation of shinobis in the Naruto Universe, with Naruto's son Boruto leading the pack.
