FBI procedural drama "Criminal Minds" wrapped up its tenth season months ago and it still continues to be a fan-favorite thanks to its mix of intriguing crimes, varying psychological analysis and its stellar cast.

After adding actress, Aisha Tyler, in order to fill the void left by Jennifer Love Hewitt's character and A.J Cook's maternity leave, the show is adding another talented actress to the mix.

"NCIS" alum actress Marisol Nichols will flash her FBI badge in season 11 of "Criminal Minds," reports TVLine. Nichols is scheduled to make a guest appearance on the hit crime drama as agent Natalie Colfax. Colfax works at the FBI's Los Angeles office and enters the show in its second episode. The actress also confirmed the news on her Twitter account.

Meanwhile, rumor mills have been awash with talks of fan-favorite, Paget Brewster, who once essayed the role of special agent, Emily Prentiss, making a comeback on the show in season 11.

In Reddit's Ask Me Anything (AMA) session, fans took the opportunity to ask Joe Mantegna who plays David Rossi and Esai Morales who plays Mateo Cruz, about Emily's speculated comeback.

Mantegna, who is also directing two episodes of the forthcoming season, replied, "Well, there's been talk of – there's a chance Paget may make an appearance now and again. Eric our producer mentioned it in an interview that there's a possibility that Paget may return from time to time."

If this is true, fans are in for a treat. When seasoned viewers last saw the badass agent, it was on the show's sixth season. Since then, fans have been clamoring for her return.

Moreover, TVLine reports that "Criminal Minds" will no longer air on its 9 p.m. slot. Switching its current timing with "Extant," fans will have to tune in at 10 p.m. instead of 9 p.m. to watch the CBS crime drama.

Season 11's premiere episode airs on Sept. 30, 2015.
