It was already revealed that Lady Eileen is considered the strongest female, so "The Monstrous 6" could be the magic that keeps her that way or it could be referring to six monsters that she might let loose.

Some have also speculated that Lady Eileen, also known as The Scarlet Despair, could be the character related to Ezra. According to rumors, Ezra could be Lady Eileen's daughter. However, it remains to be seen if there is any truth to these rumors. Since nothing has been officially confirmed, fans should take this news with a grain of salt for now.
