The second DLC for "Fallout 4" arrived on Apr. 12 in the form of the "Wasteland Workshop," and as soon as it kicked in, it was being used to kill off hated characters and much more. Here are some of the most popular items that have arrived in the workshop and how gamers are employing them.

First off, Kotaku states that gamers have been using the items that arrived in the "Wasteland Workshop" DLC to ensure that Marcy Long, a much-hated character in the game, meets a grisly death. However, before players create scenarios for Marcy's death, they are starting off by outfitting buildings with special signage to show how much they hate her. Also, others have been building arenas for fighting, which is a new feature that arrived in the "Wasteland Workshop" and they have been putting Marcy into it so that she can fight to the death against a variety of creatures and even some of her friends.

Using cages to capture different types of wild creatures is also being maximized to the fullest by gamers. In fact, the most popular creatures that gamers have concentrated on collecting since the DLC landed are Deathclaws. Once caught, a Deathclaw can be controlled by a beta wave emitter and it can then be used to guard settlements against invaders. However, most of the time, Deathclaws are used to fight against other creatures in arenas.

For those who prefer building settlements in the main game, the new DLC has brought a number of interesting items for them to use. Forbes states that the "Wasteland Workshop" DLC seems designed to help players have a lot of fun out of something, which is not possible in the main game, which is focused on scavenging for steel and other exotic materials that are hard to come by.

In this particular "Wasteland Workshop" DLC, all the items that are used for settlement buildings, cages, and arenas can be readily accessed, and this is going to appeal to most gamers. However, it appears that people are facing problems getting meat to put into the cages once they build them.
