'Five Nights at Freddy's Sister Location' news: Fan recreates trailer using 'Minecraft' assets
A fan recently came up with his own version of "Five Nights at Freddy's Sister Location" using "Minecraft" assets. However, despite the amusing and impressive reimagining, the fan-made version of the trailer is still a far cry from the apparently dark tone of the soon-to-be released game.
Bitbag opined that while the fan-made trailer was able to accomplish similar animatronics, the characters appeared stiffer as compared to the original trailer, specifically since the "Minecraft"-inspired characters could not swing their arms freely. Other than this flaw, though, the scenes from the original trailer were successfully recreated. Overall, in terms of appearance of the characters, the fan-made trailer looks truly different.
Game developer Scott Cawthon is expected to release another trailer for "Five Nights at Freddy's Sister Location." However, he has yet to make an official announcement as to when the game will be released exactly. The only indication fans have is from the trailer which says that the game is coming this fall.
Earlier, Cawthon said that he won't be rushing the development of "Five Nights at Freddy's Sister Location." Not announcing a release date will also help him avoid disappointing fans in case of a delay. For pundits, this move could be advantageous for Cawthon as fans are left clueless as to when the game will be dropped.
Based on the content of the "Five Nights at Freddy's Sister Location" trailer, it is safe to assume that the upcoming game is not ideal for kids. According to Design And Trend, the game appears to be very dark and gray, which is a sharp contrast to the first installment of "Five Nights at Freddy's."
Ultimately, at this point in time, it is a bit difficult to pinpoint what kind of gameplay "Five Nights at Freddy's Sister Location" will have. However, Baby — one of the characters in the game — saying "you don't know what we've been through" in the trailer seems to suggest that the game will once again feature spirits of children who inhabit the suits.
