'Jane the Virgin' season 3 episode 7 spoilers: Show welcomes Elisabeth Rohm; Catalina and Rafael hit it off?
More surprising things are coming as the third season of The CW's hit TV series "Jane the Virgin" continues this week with a brand new episode slated to find more complications in the newly-married life of the titular character (Gina Rodriguez).
Spoiler alert for those who missed "Chapter Fifty," reports said that the previous episode saw the unexpected arrival of Jane's cousin, Catalina (Sofia Pernas) – a ridiculously attractive and dashing relative who just sprung up from nowhere and is now arresting everyone's attention, most especially Rafael (Justin Baldoni).
There are speculations saying that the newcomer might end up getting romantically linked with Jane's baby daddy. The clues are stark clear that the two are wildly attracted to each other.
And while Jane may not have an issue with the two seemingly flirting with each other, it does irk her how the well-traveled Catalina talks about her experiences from the places she's been with.
The synopsis from The Futon Critic for "Chapter Fifty-One" teased that "Jane's cousin is starting to wear out her welcome." It wouldn't really come as a big surprise if the viewers find Jane confronting Catalina.
Check out the rest of the summary below:
"When Alba (Ivonne Coll) makes Jane feel guilty for not attending church, Jane decides she wants to bring Mateo against Rafael's wishes. Rafael unlocks a long lost memory of him and his mother, which could be a clue in the Mutter case. Rogelio (Jamie Camil) hires a matchmaker to help him get over Xo (Andrea Navedo)."
Meanwhile, a handful of reports, including this one, are heralding about the inclusion of one "Law & Order" star in the show. As revealed, actress Elisabeth Rohm will be joining the drama as the "soft-spoken guru" named Eileen.
"Jane the Virgin" season 3 airs Mondays, at 9 p.m. on The CW.
