Jennifer Aniston to appear at NBC Children's Charity Special; says she hated 'The Rachel' cut
Jennifer Aniston is beautiful on many levels, with fans envying her sleek blonde streaks and svelte figure. But the "Cake" actress is also known for her charitable heart and down-to-earth-nature. Now, the "Friends" star is set to appear for a live charity event airing on NBC, reports Deadline.
The "Red Nose Day" special is a live charity show assisting children living in poverty across the world. Airing live from 8 p.m. ET on Thursday, May 21 on NBC, Aniston will be joined by a slew of stars including Julia Roberts, Will Ferrell, Reese Witherspoon, Jodie Foster, Julianne Moore, Coldplay, Neil Patrick Harris, Gwyneth Paltrow, John Legend, and many more. The special will feature comedy and musical performances along with videos produced by Funny or Die. About 12 charitable organizations will benefit from the event to save young boys and girls from the clutches of poverty.
Jennifer Aniston also shared some beauty secrets and information with Glamour in an exclusive interview. Fans of the actress know she hated the world-famous "The Rachel" cut, but nobody knew why? Aniston explained, "I was not a fan of the "Rachel. That was kind of cringe-y for me. Looking back—honestly, even during that time—I couldn't do it on my own. I needed (my hairstylist) Chris (McMillan) attached to my hip. Left to my own devices, I am not skilled with a hairbrush and blow-dryer."
The "Horrible Bosses 2" star revealed she prefers long, natural-looking beach waves and would love a beautiful scar as a cherished flaw on a man. Aniston also beamed as she revealed she feels most beautiful when she wakes up next to her sweetheart, Justin Theroux. The two actors are engaged with wedding preparations underway. Theroux proposed to Aniston in August 2012. The "We're The Millers" star loves the smell of beaches. She also favors clean-shaven men over bearded ones.
