Following the emergence of news that Khloé Kardashian is dating Odell Beckham Jr., the reality star has finally spoken up, clarifying what really happened when she was spotted enjoying the NFL player's company.

In a Twitter post on Wednesday, the TV personality said, "TWIMC: Sorry to burst your bubble. When a couple drinks, a little flirting and an invasion of privacy collide things may look crazy. However...this ain't that and that ain't this."

According to U.S. Weekly, the reality TV star was first seen with the New York Giants wide receiver at Scott Disick's 33rd birthday party in Las Vegas. Days later, the rumored couple got cozy while enjoying Drake's Memorial Day pool party in California.

A source close to the 31-year-old star said, "They're not dating. They were just flirting at a party." Beckham Jr. has not responded to the speculations and Kardashian has not addressed the issue in recent talks or encounters with the media.

On the other hand, an insider told E! News that there is something going on between the two. "Khloe is interested in Odell. She thinks he is very sexy and is her type," the source said, adding that the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star won't really mind dating the sports guy.

The said insider also dished on how Beckham Jr. allegedly feels about Kardashian. The NFL star reportedly thinks that Kardashian is "fine" though he would prefer to focus on football at the moment.

Over the past years, Kardashian has been linked to other guys, especially after she first filed for divorce from former Los Angeles Lakers star Lamar Odom. She filed for a divorce back in December 2013 but nothing was settled and last year, Odom was hospitalized.

Due to Odom's critical health state, the "Strong Looks Better Naked" author purportedly withdrew the divorce filing to support Odom in his journey to recovery. Just last week, Kardashian filed for divorce once more but assured everyone that she and Odom will remain friends.

The former couple have been spotted earlier this year enjoying some events with Kardashian's family and it seems the two have indeed decided to stay friends. While Odom is reportedly spending more time with his kids and friends these days, Kardashian is said to be ready for another shot at love.
