Joss' (Jes Macallan) chaotic life is about to become even messier in the upcoming episode of "Mistresses."

Based on the promo released for the new episode, the kid that she punched in Las Vegas will be pressing charges for the injuries he sustained. Reza (Micky Shiloah) is reportedly furious that a girl beat him like that.

In the last episode, Joss snapped when she saw the nephew of the restaurant tycoon Jonathan (Navid Negahban) roughing up his girlfriend. She and boyfriend Harry (Brett Tucker) decided to go and have fun in the casino when they met the obnoxious boy.

Joss' post-traumatic stress disorder from getting attacked by Wilson (Jarod Joseph) resurfaced and she suddenly snapped. The self-defense moves she recently learned also came into play. Suffice to say, Reza never saw her coming that night.

This time though, he is determined to make her pay for what she did. Joss is worried about what Reza's money will do to the situation. It is too late to regret her actions. Most likely, Joss will take the challenge head on and see Reza in court.

Aside from the Reza problem, another one that Joss will have to deal with is Kate (Tabrett Bethell) and Scott's (Justin Hartley) budding affair. When the sexy plastic surgeon learned that she is the sister of Joss' new beau, he made up his mind to avoid her. Kate, however, is smitten with him. In the teaser, she comes and visits him in the clinic wearing a sexy dress and seductive smile. When Scott bends down to check her legs, he cannot help but kiss her. April (Rochelle Aytes) cautions Kate that Joss will flip out once she learns about the hookup.

"Mistresses" season 4 is on a short hiatus and will back with episode 7 on Monday, Aug. 8, at 10 p.m. EST on ABC.
