"Nashville" season 4 will continue its drama this week with Rayna (Connie Britton) and Deacon (Charles Esten) still dealing with issues with their daughter Maddie (Lennon Stella).

In the previous episode, Maddie insisted to be with Cash (Jessy Schram), who has been nothing but a bad influence to her. She even decided to run away from her parents and never to return home. Since there isn't a way that Rayna and Deacon can make her stay, they decide to seek help from someone who they believe can.

As stated in the synopsis from TV Guide, Rayna asks for help from Teddy (Eric Close) to make Maddie stay and stop her rebellion. Now, fans will just have to find out if Teddy will succeed in convincing Maddie that nothing good comes out of staying with Cash.

According to speculations, Maddie will be given her freedom so she can be out in the road, and in the process, she'll realize that it won't be an easy thing – much like what happens to the love triangle involving Juliette (Hayden Panettiere), Avery (Jonathan Jackson) and Layla (Aubrey Peeples), who are out on the road, touring.

The synopsis further stated that Juliette will taste success while she's on tour. She will even make a move to reconcile with Avery, which is something Layla won't be happy about. Layla feels jealous about Juliette's success and how she's trying to win Avery back. But it appears that Juliette is also jealous of her as the former starts to see that there might be something between the latter and Avery.

She then begged him to make their relationship work again and this is expected to make things awkward among the three of them.

Luke (Will Chase) and Will (Chris Carmack) will also be part of the main plot for the next episode. Luke will appear on a talk show as a way to help Will with his career, but it remains to be seen if Luke's fans are willing to support Will, a gay artist.

"Nashville" season 4 airs Wednesdays, 10 p.m. ET on ABC.
