'NCIS' season 13 spoilers: NCIS and FBI hunt down 2 British prisoners who escaped in episode 21
NCIS and FBI will work together to find out about two British prisoners' escape in the upcoming episode 21, titled "Return to Sender," of the 13th season of the hit police procedural drama "NCIS."
FBI agent Tobias Fornell enlists the help of the NCIS team to figure out how two British prisoners are able to escape after getting on the shores of USA through a shipping container. The two law enforcement agencies also learned that one of the prisoners is a former spy. McGee, on the other hand, is busy finding a new apartment with DiNozzo. He also wants to learn how DiNozzo gets to afford such a lavish home.
In the promo trailer, McGee finds a prisoner's jumpsuit in a container van. Gibbs meets with FBI Agent T.C. Fornell again. Fornell reminds Gibbs that the escape of the two prisoners is his case. The two teams end up in a laser tag arena to find clues. A new case will also be unraveled.
The show is now nearing its season finale, which also happens to be Michael Weatherly's last appearance on the show. CBS has revealed the synopsis of the season 13 finale episode, titled "Family First." NCIS and FBI are joined by the British secret intelligence service, MI6, to continue their international manhunt on the former British spy who escaped. His target includes former and current agents.
"We're really trying to give everybody something that leaves them satisfied," "NCIS" boss Gary Glasberg told TV Line about Weatherly's finale story.
Meanwhile, the previous episode, titled "Charade," showed multiple DiNozzo impostors. The NCIS agent's identity got stolen by multiple people who use it to blackmail senators. Desperate to clear his name, DiNozzo launched his own investigation.
"NCIS" season 13 airs every Tuesday at 8 p.m. on CBS.
