Pekoms is Charlotte Linlin's informant. This is what Big Mom tells Jinbe as Pekoms approaches them while they are talking in "One Piece" chapter 830. According to HOF, it's not a remote possibility that Pekoms is, indeed, Charlotte Linlin's informant. The online publication opines that whenever Big Mom talks about the Straw Hats Pirates, she often says that she knows they are around. Furthermore, Pekoms' fear of the Yonko makes him a likely suspect for being an informant.

However, apart from Pekoms, it is also possible that Pudding is the informant of the Straw Hats Pirates after all. HOF raises this possibility after citing a past episode wherein Pudding said that she had already come face-to-face with Sanji. With traditions of arranged marriages mandating that a bride and a groom must not meet the day before tying the knot, there is a possibility for Pudding to have lied.

In the event that Pudding was, indeed, lying, it is not a far cry that she has an axe to grind. It could be that she lied in order to have the opportunity to delay Sanji's rescue by inviting those planning to rescue him to her house so that she could give them a map that would derail their plan of saving Sanji.
