"Orange is the New Black" actress Lori Petty, who played a mentally ill inmate of Litchfield Penitentiary, thinks that her character, Lolly, just might make a comeback in the show's fifth season.

Lolly was last seen in season 4, episode 11 as she was carted off to the psych ward. This was after a chopped up dead body was found in the greenhouse — the body of Aydin (Juri Henley-Cohn), who was in Litchfield to kill Alex (Laura Prepon).

While there's little hope that inmates in psych ever get out, Petty said it might be a possibility, seeing as fellow inmate Suzanne "Crazy Eyes" (Uzo Aduba) was also hauled into psych in season 3 but was able to get out and join the other ladies in season 4.

"I'm just waiting on the phone call to get back on the plane," Petty said in an interview with The Hollywood Reporter. "I'm sure it will come, but we have 13 episodes and they've got a lot to take care of, so we'll see," she added.

Although Petty has no idea yet on whether or not her character could make a comeback, the actress hinted at what fans might be seeing in "Orange is the New Black" season 5.

"Then I realize that they built a huge hallway with rooms and a whole set," she said, adding, "So I'm thinking it's going to be: 'Psych!' Starring Lori Petty!"

Petty also told THR, "I just assumed they'd go to psych, like they go to the SHU. But I'm just making stuff up right now because I don't know. But I saw the set and that's what I thought."

Despite being snubbed at the Emmy's this year, "Orange is the New Black" is known for striking a balance between comedy and drama. Within four seasons, the show has been able to bring into focus different societal issues like the flawed justice system, corruption of government officials, and challenges being faced by trans women and women of color in federal facilities.
