Parks and Recreation season 7 spoilers: Everyone Together in Last Episode, Leslie Juggles Triplets with Government Post In City Hall
Parks and recreation captured the hearts and imagination of people with its quirky sense of humor, likable and relatable characters along with its intriguing storyline. It is a highly under-rated comedy show with brilliant actors tickling your bones and making people all over the world laugh.
Ushering in its seventh and final season, the series travels to three years in the future to ramp up the story line. Executive Producer, Michael Schur, wanted to skip Leslie's (Amy Poehler) nine month pregnancy when she and Ben would have started a family of their own, reports International Business Times. This got him and his writers thinking about fast-forwarding further into the future in order for viewers to sense a radical change but without it seeming like the characters aged significantly. Hence, the creators arrived at the number three.
Leslie will finally be seen taking a place in the government with a new post on the third floor of city hall while simultaneously juggling her role as the mom of triplets and starting her new life with Ben, according to Hollywood Take. She is also visited by a drone called SkyPal.
Andy, played by Chris Pratt, will have his very own karate-based TV Show in which Terry will make a guest appearance. Terry, who fans know as Jerry, and whose real name is Garry says in the season seven trailer, "Except my real name is Garry, and they said, 'Who cares?'".
Tom, portrayed by Aziz Ansari, becomes a highly successful fashion Moghul in the future. TVLine reports that the much-loved season will end on Feb. 24, 2015. Showrunner Mike Schur reportedly said that, although many characters, including the secondary ones, leave Pawnee, the ending of the season will see them coming together one last time. He said, "The last moments of the show are everybody in the same place at the same time."
The third episode of season seven titled "William Henry Harrison" will air on Jan. 20, 2015 on NBC.
