Allison may be behind bars but A is still lurking in the shadows. In 'Pretty Little Liars' season five episode 19, the Liars go to their school's blood donation drive, only what turns out to be a charitable act by the pretty girls becomes an A trap. A finally has Aria, Spencer and Hanna's blood. According to the promotional video, A sends a vial of each of their blood with the message: "Thanks for donating to my get-into-jail fund. – A". Looks like the Liars are in trouble yet again as the mysterious A can easily frame them using a few drops of their blood.

Meanwhile, viewers are reminded that the four friends are still high school students as pressures start to mount regarding their college applications and the future. In "Out, Damned Spot", Aria receives a grade contingent acceptance which means she needs to buckle up. Smart Spencer is also prone to college anxiety and pressure, but decides to take a break from it all in order to help Jonny with a new project. Hanna does well with her college acceptances but is turned down for financial aid which means she must turn to her father for help.

While dealing with the pressure, the Liars also need to deal with Mike. While there are suspicions regarding Mike's behavior since he went to meet Allison in jail, these suspicions reach an all-time high as an incident occurs at the blood donation drive. Add to that, in the promotional video, Mike is seen handling a mysterious brown package. Aria also confronts her little brother about his actions but a shirtless Mike replies "I don't have to tell you anything" before slamming the door on her face.

While speaking to People, actor Keegan Allen, who plays Toby, reveals that meticulous watchers of the show will be able to discern who A really is. He says, "And what I love about who it is is that everyone knows who it is...but it will be so shocking and surprising." He further points out that, "Everyone will freak out because it's so clearly in every episode."

Episode 19 airs on Tuesday, Feb. 10 at 7 p.m. central time on ABC family.
