'The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' season 6 news: members of the cast admit to doubts about Yolanda Foster's Lyme disease

"The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" is set to return in a couple of weeks and Bravo TV has started dishing out some teasers. In the latest previews, it seems that a certain housewife's illness will be put into question.

Yolanda Foster had been diagnosed with Lyme disease in 2012 and it was featured heavily in season 4 of "RHOBH." It seems the disease will still be tackled in the upcoming season 6. But while ordinary people would have extended their support for Foster, the Housewives are anything but ordinary. The preview clip for the new season shows that some of them are starting to doubt the "authenticity" of Foster's disease.

In a trailer posted on YouTube, some Housewives have been casting a shadow over Foster's Lyme disease, with the term "Munchausen syndrome" even thrown into the discussion. Munchausen is a mental disorder where one person feigns sickness to gain sympathy and attention. And it caused a major tension amongst the Housewives. At one point, they are shown sitting down with a heated discussion and Foster confrontationally saying, "You have some balls, tell me you said it!"

In an interview with Entertainment Tonight, Kyle Richards admitted that the other Housewives are finding it difficult to believe the diagnosis, even describing it as "confusing." Then she said that some have started questioning exactly how sick Foster really is. Then she went on to defend these doubts.

"Some things came up that made some of the Housewives question exactly what was really going on," Richards said.

But she did not expound anymore, which just implies that fans should keep watching to see exactly what "came up" to cast some doubt on Foster.

"The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" will return to Bravo for season 6 this Dec. 1.
