Revenge Season 4 spoilers: Why Emily didn't kill Victoria in season 3 finale

After a bloody and shocking season 3 finale, fans are excited on how the fourth season of Revenge will unfold. One show runner revealed juicy details on their initial plans for the fourth season and hopefully, his statement answers a lot of questions left hanging in the finale.

In the last season, many moments of triumph came to Emily, including clearing her father's name. On the other hand, shocking twists were also seen, such as Aiden's death, thanks to Victoria, to which she says to Emily after being dragged into David's grave, "you have received my gift." So why didn't Emily kill Victoria on the spot when she finally had the chance? Show runner Sunil Nayar talks to TVLine to reveal season 4 plans for the two characters.

"As we go into Season 4, Victoria will not only feel a sense of anger and revenge in regards to what happened to Pascal, but she essentially created this young woman, so there's also a comeuppance," revealed Nayar in the TVLine post.

Nuyar also talked about the resurrection-slash-return of David Clarke, who they plan to bring back to the Hamptons. The producer assured that strong plays in story lines will depend on how they will portray the relationship of Clarke to the people he has left behind.

"So the David that's eventually going to come back to town isn't going to be the David that the people in the Hamptons know, but the viewers have seen him and know what he's capable of. That's a fun dynamic we've never gotten to play with before," says Nayar in the same report.
