Revenge season 4: Will Emily, Victoria, survive Malcolm Black?
The 13th episode of Revenge called "Abduction" will air on Sunday, January 18. Based on the title, it will show how Emily and Victoria cope as kidnap victims.
In the last episode of Revenge, Emily (Emily Van Camp) and Victoria (Madeline Stowe), were abducted by Malcolm Black (Tommy Flanagan), who's trying to avenge himself. David (James Tupper) has already warned Victoria and Emily that Malcolm is the most notorious, if not dangerous, person he has ever met. Malcolm's daughter died, and David has admitted that he cannot imagine what Malcolm would do to avenge the life of his daughter.
David is certain that Malcolm is truly a person that takes revenge seriously. Taking Emily as hostage is only part of his plan, and including Victoria in his devious plans only takes his revenge a step further. It looks like Victoria is one unlikable person: not only is her life already on the line with David plotting her death, but now he is in danger with Malcolm planning to hurt her while she's tied in his custody.
The episode will hopefully see who will save Victoria and Emily and how. It is still uncertain if the two ladies will save themselves from the vengeful hands of Malcolm before they both face an untimely demise.
A promo video for the upcoming episode suggests that only one of the two abducted women will escape before Jack (Nick Wechsler) and David rescues them. Will it be Victoria, or will it be the end of Emily?
The official synopsis of the episode says that Emily and Victoria must learn how to work together and set aside their shaky past so that they can have a chance of survival. International Business Times suggests that Margaux (Karine Vanasse) and Ben (Brian Hallisay) could aid in Emily and Victoria's rescue after finding out the truth about how Daniel (Joshua Bowman) was killed, as well as Emily's identity.
