After a week-long wait, "Star Wars Rebels" will return to TV screens, along with Grand Admiral Thrawn.

The Ghost and its crew might soon get some help in their efforts to thwart the empire. However, they have to make sure their new allies don't get themselves captured first. Meanwhile, Sabine's role in the Rebellion grows.

The previous episode of "Star Wars Rebels" season 3 focused primarily on Sabine and her efforts to convince Fenn Rau and his Protectors to ally themselves with the Rebellion. While unwilling at first, despite signs that the Empire plans to destroy the Protectors, Fenn eventually changed his tune when he saw Sabine's uwavering loyalty to the Rebellion and her friends.

The Rebellion might soon find themselves with another ally in the next episode, but one who might be more troublesome than he's worth. Episode 8 will reportedly find Ezra and Sabine teaming up to try and tame a young rogue pilot and his crew who are recklessly risking their lives to defend their home against Imperial occupation.

The two will undoubtedly have a huge challenge ahead of them as they try to rein in the impulsive and reckless fighters known as the Iron Squadron. They have to find a way to succeed though or these young fighters might meet their end, especially as Grand Admiral Thrawn has taken an interest in them.

A sneak peek at the upcoming episode, "Iron Squadron," shows Thrawn receiving reports about a small group of fighters causing problems. Upon learning that they're helped by the Ghost crew, Thrawn orders just one ship to be dispatched.

The admiral's decision is certainly strange, considering the power and fighters he has at his disposal. Then again, Thrawn seems to enjoy games and is undoubtedly planning something bigger. The question now is what this would mean for Sabine, Ezra, and the rest of their crew.

Fans would have to wait just a few more days as episode 8 of "Star Wars Rebels" season 3 is set to be aired on Nov. 19.
