"Teen Mom 2" couldn't have got more dramatic than this, as a new teaser trailer released by MTV shows that all is not well in the world of the baby mamas. There are toddler tantrums, custody battles, drug abuse, arrests and more to satiate the appetite of "Teen Mom 2" fans.

The new MTV trailer shows college girl Jenelle Evans' infamous brawl with Nathan Griffith and his arrest following a fight in their house. Nathan is seen telling Jenelle that she is "trailer trash". After he is arrested, Griffith pleads with Evans, who is seen signing papers on the hood of a car.

But her ex-fiancée isn't the only problem that Jenelle is facing at the moment. The "Teen Mom 2" star is also engaged in a custody battle with her 5-year-old son Jace who has been living with Jenelle's mother, Barbara, ever since he was born.

Jenelle clearly wants Jace back and warns her mother that she won't let him see her once she has her son in her custody. To add to the drama is Leah Messer-Calvert's alleged drug abuse issues. She addresses rumors of being an unfit mother, as her ex Corey Simms fights for the custody of their twin daughters, Ali and Aleeah. Her husband Jeremy also says that the woman he married isn't the one he has now.

Marital problems crop up between Kailyn Lowry- Marroquin and her husband Javi. The season six trailer even shows Kailyn telling her husband that they are headed for divorce. The trailer is also peppered with ample toddler tantrums, as the once-teenaged mothers have a hard time bringing up their children amidst all the drama in their personal lives.

Chelsea Houska is the only one who is doing better than her stars, as she basks in the happiness of her new boyfriend Cole. However, even her happiness is colored by the custody battle with her ex Adam Lind over their daughter Aubree.

OK! Magazine reports that Jenelle was seen in her first public appearance without her engagement ring, cementing reports that she's done with her ex-fiancée Nathan.

"Teen Mom 2" airs on July 9 on MTV at 10 p.m. EST.
