'Teen Wolf' season 6 cast, plot news: How Dylan O'Brien will fit into the story

(Facebook / Teen Wolf)The upcoming sixth season of "Teen Wolf" will also serve as the show's final season.

Despite missing much filming time, actor Dylan O'Brien's character, Stiles Stilinski, will still be a big part of the upcoming "Teen Wolf" season 6.

During the round table interview at the San Diego Comic-Con, executive producer Jeff Davis once again shared that the first episode of the upcoming "Teen Wolf" season 6 will revolve heavily on Stiles and Lydia (Holland Roden). He said, "The first episode gives a definitive moment whether it's going one way or another." He also shared, "There's a bit of a twist to it as well."

The interview was done before the panel wherein the first trailer was released. During the panel, it was revealed that aside from the Nazi werewolf that was already seen in the previous season, the Wild Hunt Myth will also come to play.

The trailer released shows O'Brien being the victim of the ghost riders/hunters who erase their victims from existence. A scene shows Stiles knowing he is the next and he tells Lydia not to forget him. Meanwhile, he approaches his father, but before he can tell him anything, he asks who he is, which implies he has forgotten about his son. Malia (Shelley Hennig) is also shown asking "Who is Stiles?"

(Tumbler / Teen Wolf)Scott and Stiles' friendship will be put to test again on "Teen Wolf" season 6.

Davis revealed that the season will be very much about saving Stiles and also explained that the events about to happen are "more of a Beacon Hills-wide mystery… The Wild Hunt myth is that it passes through your town. If you're unfortunate to glance up at them, they take you with them."

"Teen Wolf" season 6 will serve as the show's final series as well. Actor Tyler Posey who leads the cast took time to thank the fans when he spoke at the panel. He said, "I love each and every single one of you, and want to come hug every single one of you."

"Teen Wolf" season 6 will premiere this November on MTV.
