Kira (Arden Cho) may be returning in the final season of "Teen Wolf." Does this mean Scott (Tyler Posey) will not be lonely for long in the romance department?

As per recent spoilers via TVLine, the kitsune may be one of the old characters to come back in the last installment of the MTV series. Executive producer Jeff Davis has revealed that Kira's return is "not outside the real of possibility." Kira left Beacon Hills to join the skinwalkers last season. She wanted to train to control her powers to avoid hurting those she loved. It came as a surprise to many fans that her storyline has come to an end.

Cho said her goodbyes via a video on her YouTube channel. According to her, she was sad that Kira's story would not continue anymore since she had a lot of potential. The kitsune was just starting to get used to her powers and her chemistry with Scott was lethal. Kira did not even get to say a proper farewell to her boyfriend. When she left, there was the unspoken understanding that she would soon come back to town. They did not even break up.

Although previous spoilers claim that Scott will be loveless in the final season, Davis has revealed that they are planning something big for the Alpha. He hinted that Scott would find love in the most unexpected place and time. If Kira will return to Beacon Hills and Scott is already in love with someone else, how will their story play out? The fans are not ready to experience another heartbreak from the couple. Will Kira sacrifice her love for Scott's happiness?

"Scott is a single man but may not be single for that long. We're interested in unlikely romances this season," Davis said, according to IBTimes.
