For years, rumors of "The Incredibles 2" have been floating around online and for more than a decade, fans of the movie are time and time again disappointed.

Thankfully, the long wait is over as Disney recently announced that Pixar is developing a new "The Incredibles" movie and it would not be long until fans get to see the Parr family once again. 

"The Incredibles," which first aired in 2004, is the sixth animated film produced by Pixar Animation Studios and released by Walt Disney Pictures.

There is not much information available as to how "The Incredibles 2" would play out. However, with the 10-year long wait for the sequel, it is undeniable that the possible story line for this upcoming movie is endless.

Some speculations say that the movie would be revolving around the yougest Incredible. It is said that Jack-jack will be six years older in the movie and because he is the member of the family who possesses the strongest power, it will be a huge struggle for him to control it. Sources claim that the villain, Syndrome, from the previous movie supposedly survived the blast eventually manipulating the vulnerable Jack-jack into turning his back on his superhero family and joining the clutches of evil.

On the other hand, some rumors say that more of Dash and Violet taking up more heroic responsibility would be featured on the second installment of the series. It is reported that Mr. Incredible and Elastagirl decided to finally retire and let their children do the superhero job. Violet and Dash will be the ones saving the day and will be taking back their brother Jack-jack with them. All of these are merely theories coming from the movies' fans, Disney is keeping every detail of the movie well under wraps.

No confirmation about the story line or even the release date is yet to be reported but the movie is speculated to debut as early as November 2017 or as late as June 2018.

For now fans should appreciate the fact that the long wait is over and "The Incredibles 2" is indeed happening.
