'The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' season 6 recap: David Foster caught on camera talking about marriage with Yolanda
The reunion that happened in "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" has left Yolanda Hadid walking out and the rest of the ladies still talking and confused about her Lyme disease. On top of that, avid viewers of the show are now seeing how her marriage with David Foster began to crumble.
To quell the confusion of her fellow cast members, Yolanda invited the ladies to go with her to New York for the Global Lyme Alliance's Uniting for Lyme-Free World gala. The goal of the event is to raise money to help those who are suffering from endocrine cancer, which Yolanda is diagnosed herself back in 2013, by allowing attendees to splurge on pricey pieces of jewelry.
In the event, Lisa Rinna told Yolanda that she is finding hard to trust Yolanda after she saw photos of her spending time with Brandi Glanville and Kim Richards instead of attending Erika Giardi's dinner party with them.
That same night, before the event ended, David was caught on camera talking with his friend Tom about his marriage with Yolanda. Both men seemed to not realize that they are being recorded. The conversation kicked off with Tom asking David if he is feeling better. David answered, "A little, yeah. It's been a stretch."
"I want your life to go back to the way it was when you first got together," Tom said.
"How's that going to happen?" David replied.
Tom assured his friend that it is going to happen. David ended the conversation with "I don't know."
Early December last year, a few months after the scene was filmed, the couple announced to the public that they are separating after four years of marriage and nine years of being together.
"Sadly we have decided to go our separate ways," the couple said in an exclusive statement obtained by People. "We've shared nine beautiful and joyous years together. During that time we experienced love, friendship and the inevitable challenges that come with managing a marriage, careers, blended families and health issues."
In January, Yolanda officially filed for divorce, People reported.
"The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" season 6 airs on Tuesdays at 9 p.m. on Bravo.
