'American Horror Story' season 6 cast news: Cheyenne Jackson confirms return, says filming has already begun

(Facebook/American Horror Story)"American Horror Story" season 6 remains a mystery as far as its theme is concerned.

Despite the scarcity of the news on what "American Horror Story" season 6's theme will be, it seems that the horror anthology series is already taking shape. Apart from the confirmation of its additional cast members, reports claim that the cameras are said to have already started grinding for the series.

In his recent interview with Out magazine, Cheyenne Jackson did not only confirm that he is returning to "American Horror Story" for its sixth season run but also revealed that filming for the series has already commenced. In the said interview, Jackson said that he won't be able to promote his latest album, "Renaissance," as his schedule is currently tied to the shooting of his scenes for "American Horror Story" season 6.

When Jackson was asked about the forthcoming season of the horror anthology series, he was quick enough to shun other questions pertaining to the theme or plot of the series, though, that may lead to the spill of the guarded details of "American Horror Story" season 6.

"Just different. You'll see. Wild horses wouldn't make me reveal the plot," Jackson said.

Jackson played the role of Will Drake, owner of Hotel Cortez and gay husband of Lady Gaga's the Countess in the previous "American Horror Story" season titled "Hotel."

As far as the theme of the series for its upcoming season is concerned, "American Horror Story" creator Ryan Murphy has earlier hinted that it will involve children. Initially, it was thought that it would adapt the Creepy Pasta tale "Slender Man," but the rumor was eventually shut down by source of E!News.

It is also speculated that "American Horror Story" season 6 will be actually set in a boarding school, which may have already been hinted in the previous season. According to Pop Sugar, John Lowe's (Wes Bentley) dialogue saying that he wants his daughter to attend Thatcher School, a boarding school, may already be a hint of the horror anthology series' setting next season.

Apart from pointing out that the name of the boarding school has been mentioned, when it should have been unnecessary, the online publication says that Thatcher is also the same boarding school where Will Drake's (Cheyenne Jackson) son, Lachlan (Lyric Lennon Parker-Angel), goes to.

Whether "American Horror Story" season 6 will be set in a boarding school or not, the best way to find out is to stay tuned when the horror anthology series returns to FX for its sixth season run this October.
