(Eric Hartline / Reuters)Ben Bishop (30) of the Tampa Bay Lightning is congratulated by his teammates after a shutout win over the New York Rangers.

With the series now coming down to the first team to get two wins out of three, the Anaheim Ducks host the Chicago Blackhawks at the Honda Center for Game 5 of the Western Conference Finals in the NHL Stanley Cup.

The match is on May 25, 2015 at 9:00 PM ET.

Both the teams are very experienced, having gone head-to-head with either one deserving a spot in the league's final.

Anaheim have gone on to lead the series twice, winning the first and third games, but only enough for Chicago to bounce back and level the series both times.

In the first game, many believed that Anaheim's physicality would take its toll on the Blackhawks as the Ducks cruised to a 4-1 win.

However, the Blackhawks have shown their will to bounce back, taking Anaheim to deep waters with wins during multiple overtime periods.

After the triple-overtime victory in Game 2, things were once again heading in the same direction in Game 4 in Illinois.

Brandon Saad opened the scoring for Chicago in the final minute of the first period with an unassisted goal.

Looking to reply, the Ducks had Emerson Etem fire a goal past the Chicago defense to level the score, thanks to assists from Kyle Palmieri and Francois Beauchemin.

The action picked up in the final period as Jonathan Toews put the Blackhawks back on top with a goal at the 2:38 mark, and the lead was doubled by Brent Seabrook's shot attempt exactly five minutes later.

Anaheim refused to give up and were back on level terms again less than two minutes after conceding, as Ryan Kesler scored his fifth of the post-season at the 8:42, followed by Matt Beleskey scoring 23 seconds later to tie the score at 3-3.

Just 14 seconds later, Corey Perry put Anaheim ahead with a goal to complete the comeback, but Patrick Kane rescued the Blackhawks with a goal at the 12:39 mark.

The action went to overtime and it was Antoine Vermette who scored at the 5:37 mark of the second overtime to give the Blackhawks the win and the 2-2 series tie.
