The upcoming episode of 'Arrow' season 3 will pack a lot of punch after several happenings have already unfolded, including a date between Ray and Felicity.

Arrow season 3 began with Oliver trying to regain his power and wealth and, though this might be happening fast, action seem to be something Queen is immaculately abundant of.

In the seventh episode, Arrow will try to stop a criminal named Carrie Cutter.

Carrie Cutter is obsessed with Arrow, and thinks that Queen is her one true love. Cutter does everything to get the superhero's attention, and she has a bloody way of showing it.

In order to be noticed by Oliver, Carrie kills as many people as possible hoping that it will lead her to meeting the man of her dreams. Actress Amy Gumenick plays Carrie Cutter in the episode and has appeared in several shows in the CW, such as Supernatural.

Meanwhile, episode 6 showed how Ray asked Felicity to be his date for a work-related event, and though this could normally only go smoothly, leave it to Felicity and some sort of friction will happen.

The seventh episode could also show how Ray initiates a potential romance with Smoak, since all clues lead to that inevitably happening.

Also, the new Black Canary costume finally made a debut for fans, with Sara Lance (Caity Lotz) posting an image showing the anticipated costume.
