'Arrow' season 4 spoilers: Thea is in big trouble in episode 21

(Facebook/CWArrow)Thea is in danger in the upcoming episode of "Arrow.".

Oliver (Stephen Amell) will have a lot on his plate in the upcoming episode of "Arrow." Aside from planning the best way to stop Damien Darhk (guest star Neal McDonough) from destroying the world, one of the team members is missing.

In "Monument Point," the synopsis reveals that the green vigilante will stop at nothing to foil Darhk's plan to burn the world in nuclear fire. Last episode, it was finally revealed what the villain has been hatching. Team Arrow was shocked to learn about his crazy plot, but they had to rally and find a way to stop him. While the rest of the squad members were scurrying around to look for the best strategy, they were not aware of what happened to one of their friends.

Thea (Willa Holland) has gone on a trip with her with her boyfriend Alex (Parker Young), but the romantic atmosphere soon went out of the window when she discovered the identity of his boss. It turned out Darhk's wife was Alex's superior and it was she who planned the whole thing. As Thea tried to escape the pursuing H.I.V.E. soldiers in the quaint town, she found herself trapped in a virtual reality prison.

The bad guys forced her to run into a hologram wall, effectively confining her in the computer-generated place. Oliver and Team Arrow must find a way to locate her before Darhk executes whatever he is planning for Thea. Will it have something to do with the nuclear holocaust he is scheming? This will be a huge problem for the squad.

In the promo, Darhk has started his grand scheme by unleashing several nuclear missiles to the major cities in the world. Oliver has Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards) keep tabs on the warheads and it looks like they are able to contain most of them. They miss one bomb, however, as it continues to plough through the air and into its target. Will Noah Kuttler (guest star Tom Amandes), Felicity's father, be able to help them stop Darhk in his dark plans?

"Arrow" season 4 airs Wednesdays at 8 p.m. EDT on the CW.
