Avengers 2: Elizabeth Olsen says sequel will be much 'darker'

Elizabeth Olsen, the actress who will play Wanda in Avengers: Age of Ultron, revealed that the sequel will be much darker compared to the first one.
The talented 25-year-old actress, Elizabeth Olsen, sister of the famous Olsen twins, is set to play an important role in the upcoming Avengers 2: Age of Ultron. Olsen will play Wanda Maximoff, or commonly known to fans as Scarlet Witch in the said movie. Wanda's brother, Pietro Maximoff aka Quicksilver, will be played by Aaron Taylor-Johnson. Taylor-Johnson also starred alongside Olsen in Godzilla.
In the said interview, Olsen did not only reveal the tone of the film, but she also expressed how big of an Avengers fan she is.
"I'm a huge fan of the first and hopefully it can provide the same excitement, but add a little bit more darkness. It is a little harder than the first one," says Olsen, as reported by The Belfast Telegraph. Olsen further revealed that she is having lots of fun on the set.
"It's so much fun. I'm like smiling every day, going to bed. It's such a great time," added the actress.
The stars who were in the first film are set to return for this sequel. Robert Downey Jr. will still play Tony Stark (Iron Man), Scarlett Johansson, Chris Evans, Mark Ruffalo, Chris Hemsworth, Jeremy Renner, and Samuel L. Jackson are also said to return. Playing the villain Ultron will be James Spader.
Avengers: Age of Ultron is set to be released on May 2015, with cult classic Joss Whedon directing.
