'Banshee' season 4 finale spoilers: possible Job-centered spin-off

(Banshee / Facebook)'Banshee' season 4 finale revealed Rebecca's murderer.

Lucas Hood finally solved Rebecca's murder in the season 4 and series finale episode of Cinemax's action series "Banshee." Fans of the show may have to hold their final goodbyes, and creator Jonathan Tropper talked about the possibility of a spin-off.

The recently aired finale episode last May 20, titled "Requiem," saw the villains facing their punishment, the protagonists saying their farewell, and Hood (Antony Starr) leaving the town Banshee after solving the mystery behind Rebecca's death.

In an interview with Zap2It, Tropper revealed Hood's fate after leaving Banshee and shared on the possibility of a Job-centric spin-off.

Tropper said that after the revelation in the town of Banshee, Hood will have to unload all the weight of the world from his shoulders. After all of the events that have transpired, he will realize that there's more to his life than what he used to do and he needs to figure out who he really is.

"I'd like to think he's going to find a way to live clean, but knowing him and Job, they're going to get back up to their shenanigans. My guess is he's probably living somewhere in Manhattan near Job and plotting some big heist, but maybe they're doing it with a lighter heart," Tropper added.

Speaking of Job, the creator expressed his interest in working with Job actor Hoon Lee again. Although he is leery of turning supporting characters into the main focus of the show, he added, "But if we had the right idea for a Job spinoff, certainly we would play with that."

Hood's Starr also shared his thoughts about his character with Access Hollywood following the series finale. He said that even though Lucas' real name was not revealed until the very end, he believes that keeping it a secret from the audience will keep the mystery alive on who the guy is 100 percent.

"Banshee" season 4 finale aired last Friday, May 20, on Cinemax. Reruns will be scheduled soon.
