Gamers who bought the "Batman: Arkham Knight" for PC was met with disappointment due to several technical issues. Fortunately, developers are working hard to come up with a solution.

According to GameSpot, shortly after the game's initial release, PC players have already reported bugs and technical glitches that have made the game unplayable. As reported by the website, players encountered major performance issues including occasional freezes without intervals, frame-rate stutters, as well as audio glitches.

Rocksteady, the company behind the development of the game, has made it clear that they are taking this issue seriously and issued a statement which read, "We are working closely with our external PC development partner to make sure these issues get resolved as quickly as possible."

Meanwhile, Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment, the publisher of the IP, has decided to temporarily stop the game sales of "Batman: Arkham Knight" for PC until they resolve the issue. The company has extended their sincerest apologies through a letter they posted on the WBGames Forum.

"We want to apologize to those of you who are experiencing performance issues with Batman: Arkham Knight on PC. We take these issues very seriously and have therefore decided to suspend future game sales of the PC version while we work to address these issues to satisfy our quality standards," the company wrote.

Offering Rocksteady and Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment a helping hand in fixing this issue is Nvidia. In a different by GameSpot, the tech company is offering QA and other technical assistance to the developer and the publisher of "Batman: Arkham Knight."

"We have made our QA and engineering resources available and will provide updates when they are available," Nvidia said.

"Batman: Arkham Knight" was initially released on June 23, 2015 for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC platforms.
